Download the launcher

Grab the Crystal2 launcher below — a tiny ~5 MB download. There's no big archive to unzip: the launcher fetches and sets up the full game for you.

Step 3

Run it & choose a folder

Open the launcher, pick where to install (or keep the default), and it downloads the full client and keeps it patched automatically. The first run downloads about 3 GB.

Heads up: because the launcher is brand-new, Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen and your antivirus might flag it — normal for an unrecognised app. Click More info → Run anyway, and allow it through your firewall/antivirus if asked. It is safe.

Log in & play

When it says Ready, press Play, enter your account details, pick your character, and dive into the ultimate PVM experience. See you in-game!

Client crashes after the loading screen?

Download the crash-fix file, unzip it, and drop the files into your Crystal2 install folder (overwrite when asked). This resolves the most common startup crash.

Launcher stuck or offline?

Windows Firewall or your antivirus may be blocking the patcher. Add the whole Crystal2 folder as an exception in both, then relaunch. This is covered in Step 4, but it's the fix if patching hangs.

A download mirror is slow or broken?

All mirrors contain the identical client. If one is slow or won't resume, just pick another from Step 2 — your progress on the rest of the guide is kept.
